We had such a wonderful time at this place! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We were impressed by the attentive service, from the room service to the housekeeping. The hotel is also conveniently located in a quiet area, allowing us to relax and unwind.

The hotel had an amazing breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods to choose from. the location was perfect, with beautiful views from our clean and spacious room.
The dinner options, as there weren't enough choices and the food didn't meet our expectations. the staff weren't as friendly as we had hoped, especially during check-in when our room wasn't ready and there was no apology or welcome drink offered.

The staff in some areas of the hotel were not very friendly and did not provide a warm welcome.

Spent Xmas holidays here with family. Enjoyed the fabulous breakfast and in-room multimedia that kept the kids entertained. The hotel facilities were great, including the nice playgrounds and minifarm with cute animals. The location was ideal, close to all the winter activities and beautiful scenery.
The staff was not too friendly and did not provide a warm welcome upon arrival. The dinner did not meet our expectations and there were not enough healthy options, especially for kids.
